This kinda excites me. I'm a huge fan of the Christopher Chance comics, which were admittedly cheesy at first, but once DC shifted them over to their "mature" Vertigo imprint, they rocked some serious ass.

Anyway, I do have fond memories of the original ABC TV show (late 80s or early 90s) that only lasted a handful of episodes, so I'm hoping whichever net picks the new version up does it justice.

Rick Springfield, by the way (and in keeping with the overall BSG theme here), was ABC's Human Target. The new Human Target is that bad guy agent from Fringe.

Found out via DM that Helfer is in the pilot for this... not sure how I feel about that.

Hmm... just read an article that claims Christopher Chance will not be assuming the identities of his clients, which is what he does in the comics (and did in the original TV show). Which means that the show's just going to be a "man with no name" bodyguard type of show.

Ah, well, it looks cool... I'll give it a shot.
