Lately I've been listening to nothing but Corelli.

For Master and Commander fans, this will sound familiar.

My favorite movement from Mozart's "Turkish" Violin Concerto.

This is probably one of my favorites, though the one I have on my iPod is of Yo-Yo Ma. Suite for Solo Cello No. 1--Bach

And this one, I absolutely love it. Moonlight Sonata

ETA: I may go through, one by one, and try to find a sample of each of the pieces I have on my classical playlist. Hero, you may have to remind me biggrin.gif

So do you favor traditional instruments and tuning or Concert 440?

I'm fine with 440 as a listener. Back when I was singing, pre-440 music felt better to sing (if that makes sense to non-singers) a halfstep down.

How's this for the classics?

What? It's a classic, and it doesn't suck. Seems on-topic to me.

Yeah, me either. But don't get me wrong. I have fond memories of waking up to AC/DC or Def Leppard on Saturday mornings when I was younger. Also, my parents have always had me listening to the music they grew up on. Which I think is great because so many people my age have no idea who these people are.
